About Us
Located alongside Brockhill Country Park, with stunning views of the English Channel, St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School is home to 210 pupils aged 4-11.
We provide an education that emphasises values, academic achievement, and a genuine love for learning, helping each child develop in a supportive environment.
We warmly welcome children from all beliefs, cultures, and backgrounds.
Believe
At St Augustine’s, we inspire every child to believe in their unique gifts. We embrace and celebrate our belief in God, ourselves and each other. Our rich curriculum, from Forest School to creative and hands-on learning, encourages each child to thrive and discover their strengths.
Belong
Our school is a welcoming community where every child feels valued and secure, embracing families of all beliefs and backgrounds. Like seeds in good soil, our inclusive environment nurtures a strong sense of belonging. We value belonging to our individual classes, our House Teams, our School, our Church Parish and community and our wider community of Hythe.
Be Brilliant
We encourage each child to reach their fullest potential. St Augustine’s offers a range of learning experiences that develop resilience, compassion, and confidence, preparing young people to make a positive impact in the world. Being brilliant looks different for everyone; at St Augustine's, we learn about equity and respecting and understanding differences. We define our own brilliance and will always strive to be as brilliant as we can - there is no limit to our brilliance!
We regularly hold open mornings for families interested in joining St. Augustine’s.
