Wraparound Care

St Augustine’s offers care before and after school, along with exciting extracurricular clubs and activities that inspire children to learn, play, and grow beyond the classroom.

Wide Awake Club (Breakfast Club)

We offer our 'Wide Awake Club' (breakfast club) every day from 7.45am to 8.30am when our school day begins.

Sunset Club (Afterschool Care)

Elite Community Coaching offers a range of after-school sports clubs, and Sunset Club (childcare) until up to 6pm (flexible; depending on demand). These activities include Football, Dodgeball, Archery, Gymnastics, and dance!


Extracurricular activities

Each term, we offer a range of exciting activities. Our booking information is sent out via SchoolPing to keep you informed and ensure your child doesn’t miss out.

Forest School

Afterschool 3:00 - 4:30PM

Join Mr. Crump for our after-school Forest School, where children explore nature, build skills, and have fun outdoors!

Creepy Claws Club

Tuesday's 3:00 - 4:00PM during Autumn/Winter term

Creepy Claws Club offers hands-on animal encounters, allowing children to learn about and interact with fascinating creatures up close.

Music lessons

During school day

Music lessons in school, including piano, provide students with the opportunity to develop their musical skills, creativity, and appreciation for music in a supportive and engaging environment.

Rocksteady

During school day and after-school

Rocksteady offers students the chance to join a rock band, learn instruments, and build confidence through fun, hands-on music sessions right here at St Augustine’s.

Computing Club

Time TBC

Computing club introduces children into the world of technology and computational thinking via termly projects. The most recent endeavours have been into digital design and 3D printing, and creating video games.

Sports teams

Football

Our after-school clubs offer the opportunity to develop football skills, teamwork, and enjoy the sport in a fun and supportive environment. We compete in the Herald Cup and against local teams.

Netball

Netball Club provides an opportunity for children to develop their skills, teamwork, and fitness in a fun and supportive environment.
